What Is DezniWorld Community Development
Started in 2020 to address a growing need, DezniWorld LLC was formed to rehabilitate spaces in underserved communities to provide safe, stable, affordable housing for service members, veterans, people with physical disabilities, and working adults with special needs. Furthermore, we are committed to providing social services to promote inclusiveness, enrich lives and build strong neighborhoods. By doing so, we will improve the economic strength, environmental quality and sustainability of each community we partner with.

Our mission is to serve communities in need by partnering with its residents, area businesses, local government, and all organizations who share in a vision of revitalization and rehabilitation. Through a collaborative effort, we can make a greater impact within a neighborhood by meeting the needs of its community members. Together we can preserve, renovate, beautify, and enhance existing properties and infrastructure for the residents of these neighborhoods and the city as a whole.
